Sacred Life

I walk forth into the world without fear of death
I journey forth, not in fear but having joy with every breath
My life is nothing more than an elaborately planned scheme
I sometimes feel as though life is boiling and we are all but the steam
No one can convince me that life is basically meaningless
Doom is a tool of the evil, a vision of the hopeless
My life may not be the greatest but it's my own, and of that fact I'm endlessly glad
Life is way too short to ever become hopelessly mad
Look forth, not through tainted eyes but with childish charm
Have a positive outlook, and you'll do little harm
