Ride Through Insanity

Evening's darkening madness encompasses the fair maiden on her lonely ride to the center of reality's insane festival
Strangers gawk with the eyes of recently deceased warriors;
lonely paupers scream out with the call of a vicious and elaborate beast of the desperate night
A single valiant man steps forth and tries to help the maiden survive until the encouraging rays of sunlight arrive
But the masses of murderous hordes, anxious to see a slaying in the dark, dark night, insist on delaying the valiant one until the fair maiden has been slain
Then the ignorant leaders of the land of the free and the home of the insane prosecute the valiant for the crimes of the murderous
